How can I verify the authenticity of my Vlisco fabric?
Every genuine Vlisco fabric features our iconic 'Veritable Wax Hollandais' seal on the selvedge. Additionally, you can find a unique product code on the sticker, which can be verified through our official website to ensure you have an original piece.
What are the washing and care instructions for Wax Hollandais?
To preserve the vibrant colors and quality of your fabric, we recommend hand washing in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and direct sunlight when drying, and iron on the reverse side.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Vlisco ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Can I return or exchange fabric once it has been cut?
We accept returns of fabric within 14 days of receipt, provided the fabric is in its original condition, unwashed, and uncut. Once the fabric has been cut or tailored, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

Are the colors I see on the screen accurate to the physical fabric?
While we strive to represent our colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to digital screen settings. Our fabrics are known for their deep, multi-layered saturation and unique 'bubbling' effect inherent to the wax process.
